We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee daily operations and manage our AP team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong AP background, improvement processes experience, and management skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain Efficient Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities of the AP team ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- KPI Creation and Monitoring: Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance on a monthly basis.
- Solve Queries Efficiently: Monitor AP queries from suppliers/vendors, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
