We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our Commercial Graduate Programme. As a Commercial Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work across various departments, including Quantity Surveying, Buying, Estimating, Finance, Technical, Development, and Construction. You will be based in our office in Cheltenham and will rotate through these areas over an 18-month programme. During this time, you will gain valuable experience and skills, working closely with our teams and developing long-lasting relationships.
As a Commercial Graduate, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing rotations to the best of your ability and meeting targets set by rotational supervisors.
- Taking learning opportunities to further develop and challenge yourself.
- Integrating into each team and supporting them to achieve their goals.
- Absorbing knowledge, expertise, and advice from our talented teams.
- Contributing to continuous development within our organisation.
Our benefits package includes a competitive basic salary, annual bonus, car allowance or company car, and up to 34 days' annual leave.
