We are seeking to expand our Property Division through the appointment of additional loss adjusters in the South East region. The positions will be home-based, and you will handle domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000 in value with autonomy supported by an excellent desk-based team.

The role involves handling a caseload of no more than 60-70 losses per portfolio, enabling you to manage your workload professionally in a relatively pressure-free environment. You will work with various types of property damage cases that may include residential or business-related claims.

Your key responsibilities as Property Loss Adjuster would be:

  • Your ability to accurately assess property damages resulting from unforeseen events such as fires, floods, thefts etc., which includes calculating costs for repairs or replacement is crucial.
  • Skillful negotiation with clients who might feel their claim has been undervalued is also vital.
  • Evaluating submitted insurance claims thoroughly before presenting findings back to management. This needs keen analytical skills since accuracy when handling personal details including policy numbers ensures timely payouts occur without issue.
