The ideal candidate will have experience handling domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000 in value. You will be given autonomy to handle these losses as you see fit, supported by an excellent desk-based team. Your caseload will be manageable, with no more than 60-70 losses at any one time. This enables you to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under relatively pressure-free conditions.
About You
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a general property adjusting role either domestic or commercial but happy dealing with mixed cases.
- Experience is preferred over formal qualifications although progression with CII/CILA would be rewarded appropriately through salary adjustment.
- You can live anywhere within the South West as long as willing to travel accordingly.
