Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Located in Harlow, one of the UK\’s fastest-growing areas, this exciting opportunity is part of a transformative programme of change called Building Harlow\’s Future. This ambitious project aims to deliver over £1.3bn of infrastructure and regeneration.
The local Council is responsible for managing 9,000 properties through its Housing Revenue Account (HRA). As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial management of these services is maintained to the highest standard.
This challenging role involves providing high-quality professional advisory, analytical, and reporting services to the Council, service managers, and customers. Your primary objective will be to achieve value for money while maintaining excellent financial management across all Council services.
You will be responsible for managing team resources to meet service and customer requirements. This includes covering services during peak periods, ensuring effective separation of duties, and providing comprehensive revenue and capital accounting support for allocated services.
