We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic professional to join our finance and accounting recruitment team in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and high-performing environment.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top-tier finance and accounting professionals across various commercial and industrial sectors. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, developing a deep understanding of the local finance recruitment market. Your role will involve controlling the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement, meeting and exceeding monthly sales and placement targets by developing existing business relationships. You will also carry out business development activities to create new commercial opportunities, conduct interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments, and provide strategic recruitment solutions to client organisations.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in finance or accounting recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong networking and business development abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred but not required. You should also have proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office, CRM, and a positive attitude and humour.
