This is a senior finance position where you will lead and manage financial accounting, reporting, control activities and accounts payable function. You will oversee four direct reports within a five-person finance team ensuring compliance with GAAP and group policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective financial processes using Microsoft Business Central;
- To ensure accurate and timely delivery of high-quality financial information to stakeholders;
- To identify opportunities for improvement in cash flow management and forecasting.
Requirements:
- You have Audit/Accountancy Qualification (ACA or ACCA).
- You also need experience in Financial Control & Reporting - 6+ months, as well as VAT knowledge in the UK market.
- Further skills include analytical ability along with proficiency in MS Office.
- You will be required to build relationships effectively while communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels demonstrating leadership skills by coaching and developing a high-performing Finance Team.
- The role requires working under pressure deadlines especially when dealing with audits.
