Rappahannock Community College seeks a skilled engineering instructor to teach in-person classes on our Glenns campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching freshman and sophomore-level engineering and technology classes, utilizing various delivery systems including interactive video, web, and electronic media.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience working with adult learners and at-risk students, and a commitment to academic excellence. They should also be knowledgeable about best practices, innovative strategies, and instructional technologies that support teaching and learning.

Teaching Assignment: The incumbent is expected to prepare lesson plans which align with the course syllabus; conduct lectures using blackboard presentation slides prepared by student instructors from time-to-time; check students' work assignments according to specific rubric guidelines established prior written approval of Program Director.
