Role OverviewThe role of the Specialist Nutrition Executive involves overseeing the business management of the Specialist Nutrition product range and driving its commercial success.The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business strategy into product strategy, owning the product roadmap, executing product strategy, and managing product profitability and commercial success.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-leading product range in the award-winning Specialist Nutrition division, which is of huge strategic importance to the business.Key Responsibilities:Translate business strategy into product strategyOwn the product roadmapExecute product strategyDrive action throughout the organisation to get products to marketPlan and carry out product launchesManage product profitability and commercial successManage product mix and pricingRequirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:A passion for foodExperience managing high-profile projects with multiple stakeholdersAnalytical skills and financial literacyStrong collaboration and influencing skillsEffective communication and presentation skillsA high level of attention to detailProblem-solving skillsSelf-motivation and ability to manage own workloadDesired Skills and Qualifications:While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:Experience in the food industryKnowledge of the care industryFull UK driving licenceDegree in a relevant commercial, nutrition or dietetic discipline or equivalent experience in a commercial or nutrition related roleBenefits:This role offers a competitive salary, 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays, option to purchase up to 5 additional days holiday per year, discretionary annual bonus scheme, pension scheme, life assurance scheme, subsidised canteen, free parking, free turkey or voucher at Christmas, and apetito perks scheme including salary sacrifice options and retail discounts.About Us:We are a family-owned business dedicated to creating outstanding meals that make a real difference.
