This dynamic Programme Manager position plays a key part in the success of our organisation by overseeing cross-functional teams and driving programme progress. As a Programme Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Aftermarket, and Business Development teams to ensure adherence to programme plans, schedules, and budgets. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead programmes to achieve strategic objectives and deliver results within budget and timeframe constraints.
- Develop and manage programme plans, milestones, and schedules to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate programme risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Present progress reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting programme achievements and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the programme team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development of new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Act as a customer advocate, building strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure their needs are met.

Proven track record of delivering programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
