The Role:

In this challenging and dynamic position, you will lead cross-functional teams to achieve programme goals. As a Programme Manager, you will oversee medium-sized programmes or multiple smaller projects, ensuring adherence to strategic planning, schedules, and budgets. You will develop and manage project plans, present progress reports, and recommend proactive solutions for programme problems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead programmes to ensure compliance with programme plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage the financial aspects of programmes, including profitability targets.
  • Develop milestones, programme plans, schedules, and budgets to meet organisational objectives.
  • Consolidate and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of programmes.
  • Monitor strategic planning efforts and drive programme progress.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and address programme problems, recommending solutions as needed.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities.
