Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned manager to lead a team of care professionals and make a real difference in people\’s lives. Your role will involve taking ownership of service operations and compliance, training and recruiting staff, achieving business growth targets, and being an ambassador for the organization in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesTaking complete ownership of service operations and maintaining high standards of care and support.Training, recruiting, retaining, and managing care office and care staff effectively.Achieving monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business growth.Being an ambassador for the organization in the community, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, strengthening professional relationships, and forging new ones.Leading and supporting office staff in all aspects of Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections, including attending all inspections and completing Post Inspection Reviews (PIRs).RequirementsPrior experience working as a manager.BenefitsPerformance-based bonuses.Full sick pay (terms and conditions apply).Paid DBS checks.Staff discounts.Birthdays off.29 days of paid holidays.Training and career development opportunities.
