Step in for the Chief Engineer when required and help drive day-to-day operations.Performance, Compliance & Documentation: Oversee accurate, timely completion of maintenance records. Review team performance, provide feedback, and drive improvements in standards, practices, and overall efficiency.Delivery, Targets & Stakeholder Focus: Coordinate engineering activities to hit performance targets within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.The Essentials You\’ll Need?Qualified & Experienced: UK CAA Part 66 Licence with relevant type ratings and company approvals, plus 3+ years\’ experience in an LAE or equivalent role within base maintenance.
