We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead. We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse with a passion for enhancing the quality of life to join us in our Nursing home. As one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK it’s important to us to couple great care with meaningful and enjoyable experiences.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will be:

  • Responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care.
  • Supporting the delivery of improvements whilst driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines.
  • A registered nurse with experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the home.
  • Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
  • Experienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
