Reports To: Head of Partner Engagement, Wholesale

Key Relationships: Partner Engagement and Marketing teams, underwriters and brokers.

Job Summary: Jointly manage broker facilities, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and adherence to acquisition cost protocols. Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to negotiate and secure renewals and identify new facility opportunities. Champion Beazley’s position as a leading specialty insurer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Jointly manage broker facilities: Ensuring robust governance, compliance, and adherence to acquisition cost protocols.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to negotiate and secure renewals and new facility opportunities.
  • Produce RFP responses within deadline.
  • Maintain facility pipelines and prepare for upcoming renewals.
  • Compile facility RAG document on a bi-annual basis and ensure appropriate remediation actions.
  • Update facility process document when necessary and cascade internally.
  • Work with Finance and CUO office to track acquisition costs.
  • Provide updates for relevant committees within Beazley.
  • Champion Beazley’s position as a leading specialty insurer by working collaboratively within the London Partner Engagement team.
  • Serve as a relationship manager support for wholesale brokers: Communicate Beazley’s strategic objectives and underwriting priorities.
  • Develop, track, and deliver joint strategic initiatives with partner brokers.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for expanded trading.
  • Understand and represent underwriting team priorities, ensuring these are effectively communicated to brokers.
  • Analyse broker performance and market trends, collaborating with underwriters to design and execute targeted action plans to drive growth.
  • Leverage Beazley data to generate actionable insights, identify emerging opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support and advance pipelining, cross-sell, and new business initiatives across the organization.
  • Contribute to the delivery of impactful broker events that strengthen relationships and reinforce Beazley’s market presence.
