About Us: Beazley Security is a global cybersecurity firm committed to helping clients enable advanced cyber defenses that reduce risk with quantifiable results. We’re comprised of top talent from private industry, government, intelligence, and law enforcement who are specialists in threat detection, incident response, digital forensics, offensive security, risk management, and cyber resilience. As a subsidiary of specialty insurance giant, Beazley Insurance, we’ve been at the forefront of cyber insurance management and breach response activities for business clients in the US, UK, and Europe since 2017.
As Beazley Security, the company will have an expanded scope, leveraging nearly two decades of cyber incident experience, a strong services division, and a business strategy focused on growth, to realize our goals and deliver benefit for clients. As a company, we are committed to upholding our core values of Belonging, Integrity, Service, Accountability, and Curiosity. We believe these values are essential to creating a strong and inclusive workplace culture, as well as to delivering world-class cybersecurity solutions to our clients worldwide.
About Exposure Management: Beazley Security’s Exposure Management platform provides continuous, automated visibility into organizations' internet-facing footprint: domains, IPs, exposed services, and externally accessible software. It goes beyond simple asset discovery, integrating intelligence from Beazley Security Labs to highlight the exposures that matter most and guide focused, effective risk reduction. Exposure Management continuously scans organizations' externally-facing assets to provide a comprehensive view of their attack surface in near real time.
By having near real time visibility to changes to organizations' attack surface, along with proactive prompts and curated intelligence on known exploited vulnerabilities that affect environment’s assets, IT and security teams can take action to mitigate threats. This pre-emptive approach is essential to addressing potential risk before it can materialize.
As an extension of Exposure Management, Beazley Security is launching a companion Third-Party Risk Monitoring (TPRM) product to evaluate key suppliers for security issues that could impact organizations. With TPRM, organizations can monitor vendor security posture in near real time with dynamic scoring based on vendors' access to their corporate systems, the sensitivity of data that they can access, and criticality to business operations.
In the future, Beazley Security will launch another extension, Dark Web Monitoring (DWM). DWM will focus on monitoring compromised user credentials, notifying clients before attackers can exploit these credentials.
Position Summary: As Technical Product Manager for Beazley Security's Exposure Management (EM) suite, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the products that help clients continuously discover, prioritize, and reduce risk across their external attack surface. The individual in the role will be connective tissue between security engineering, Beazley Security Labs threat intelligence, go-to-market teams, and clients, translating complex exposure data into a product experience that is clear, actionable, and competitively differentiated.
You’ll define what gets built and why, ensure delivery stays aligned with market needs, and actively shape how EM is positioned and packaged in the market. This role will involve continuous market research and analysis of the Exposure Management and External Attack Surface monitoring market, keeping Beazley Security’s Exposure Management suite of products competitive.
A key aspect of your responsibilities will include translating technical cyber risk data into user-friendly views and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and improvements. - Release Support & Operational Flow: Collaborate with Engineer to define release criteria, timing and communication needed.
- Backlog Ownership: Evaluate and prioritize new features, improvements, and product enhancements to ensure timely delivery of high-impact updates that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Design Coordination: Partner with UI/UX to design products and features from ideation to final designs, enabling the engineering team to deliver on identified priorities.

- Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and refine product features.
- Stakeholder Prep & Alignment: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Client Experience teams to drive seamless product development and delivery.
- Embody Beazley Security’s Product Decision Principles: Make decisions that strengthen the broader strategy, not distract from it. Bring Engineering in early so plans are grounded in reality. Ensure the right people are aligned, informed, and accountable. Invest in work that is backed by user need or market evidence.
