Beazley is seeking a Delegated Operations Manager to lead the delegated authorities programme, oversee third party binders, service companies and policy arrangements, and ensure adherence to pre-screening, monitoring and audit requirements.
You will manage the team, drive continuous improvement, coordinate audits, maintain documentation and provide management reporting to support risk and compliance functions.
