Contract Type:                        Permanent, No end date

Start Date:                               September 2025

Salary:                                      £33,000 + annual bonus (+ professional qualification completion bonus)

The 36-month Finance Launchpad Programme will provide an opportunity to gain valuable experience through on-the-job, technical and professional skills training and support towards achieving your professional qualification whether it be CIMA or ACCA with a leading Specialist Insurance Company.

Professional Development Information

Alongside the Beazley UK Early Careers Academy Development offering, you will also work on development and progression pathways specific to your chosen programme.

Beazley will support you in achieving your finance qualification of choice – be it CIMA or ACCA and can help you decide which route to take.

Entry Criteria

2:2 degree or above in any discipline any university +

3x A Levels A-C (or equivalent) + GCSE Maths (A) & English (C)
