At Beavis Morgan, we’re looking for an experienced R&D Tax Manager (IT Claims focus) to join our growing London team, operating as part of a wider Group Centre of Excellence (CoE). This is a standout opportunity for someone who combines strong technical (software/IT) expertise with commercial and financial R&D knowledge and is looking to develop within a high-performing, growth-driven environment.

You’ll be part of a technically strong, collaborative team that specialises in delivering high-quality IT and software-based R&D claims, working closely with innovative businesses across sectors. From fast-scaling tech start-ups to established, complex organisations, your work will centre on identifying and articulating technological advancement and uncertainty, while ensuring robust financial delivery of claims.

This is a true 360 role, where you’ll:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end R&D tax claims, with a core focus on IT / software projects
• Work directly with CTOs, developers, and technical teams to understand complex innovations
• Translate technical narratives and financial reports into robust, compliant claims
• Play a key role in shaping and developing our IT claims capability as the team continues to grow
