A bit about us
Beavertown began life in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The role
Fancy joining an innovative company where you’ll ensure that our Out Of This World beers are quickly and safely canned and kegged?
The goal of the role is improving our processes and systems to drive quality, productivity and efficiency through targeted actions supported by robust data analysis to help the company achieve its growth objectives. The role will support all current packaging operations and you will be a key player in future upgrades and expansions. It will involve collaborating with all departments within the business at all levels of seniority.

What you’ll be doing
- Data analysis, collection and interpretation
- Drive improvements in quality and operational efficiency
- Lead focused improvement activities
- Lead, manage and coordinate projects
- Drive loss management through prevention leading to sustainable loss reduction
- Support upskilling and training of team members and supporting efficient line operation
- Implementing and maintaining key standards including SOP’s, AM schedules, TPM, etc.
- Act as trainer and leader in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities including implementation of sustainable counter measures
- Lead and conduct trials
- Ensure basic conditions are in place and maintained
- Be a team member in upgrade projects or purchase of new equipment
- Drive standardisation across production lines, teams and processes
Skills and experience required for this role
- Technical / Scientific / Engineering background
- Previous experience working in a production environment (especially food/beverage) is desirable, however not essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially Excel
- Previous experience creating and improving reports, reporting methods and data collection systems (experience with Power BI is desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and the ability to work well in a team
- Good practical experience analysing and interpreting large data sets
- Create, maintain and ensure completion of action plans
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies preferable
- Understanding of statistical and process control methods desirable
- Strong record keeping skills
- The ability to focus on accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexibly across shifts to understand all aspects of the operation
- Can do attitude with a positive outlook
- Demonstrate a passion for the industry and our brand!
