The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and driven Marketing Specialist to join the global BeaverFit marketing team. This role will be based at BeaverFit’s UK headquarters in Church Stretton. In this role you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities, to include social media and content development, collateral and presentation designs, and event support primarily for the UK business, while also supporting BeaverFit global initiatives for the US and Australian markets.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing (US based) while working closely with the UK leadership and sales team in office. This will provide you with an opportunity for both local and global initiatives as the BeaverFit brand continues to expand globally into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Content creation: Write and proofread marketing copy and produce creative content like videos and blog posts
- Digital channel management: Manage social media, website, and newsletter channels with ongoing content and community management
- Campaign development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that tie-in to sales and brand priorities.
- Design support: Create and update marketing and sales collateral and presentations to support business objectives.
- Brand management: Ensure brand guidelines are followed and help build brand awareness and customer relationships.
- Event activations: Support UK events with collateral and logistics support, including on-site support at times.
Qualifications
- At least two years professional experience working in a content creation or social media management role
- Competent in Canva or similar design platforms such as Adobe
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask various projects at once with confidence and composure
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Experience in the fitness, athletics, or military sectors
- Experience shooting and editing social media photos and videos
