We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Coordinator to play a key role in planning and delivering our brand and seasonal campaigns, working closely with our Brand Manager and collaborating across the business.
As the central point for campaign planning, you’ll ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on brief and with the care, attention and passion that Beaverbrooks is known for.
Main Responsibilities- Own and manage the central campaign plan, keeping everyone aligned on key dates and milestones.
- Lead the campaign briefing process, bringing together insight, creativity and channel requirements into one clear brief.
- Work closely with Brand, Creative and Channel teams to deliver inspiring brand and seasonal campaigns.
- Be the go-to expert on our internal channels, helping teams plan the right messages at the right time.
- Keep campaigns on track by managing timelines, approvals and sign-off across all activity.
- Explore new tools and technology to make campaign planning and production smarter and more efficient.
- Support the coordination of photography and video shoots, ensuring assets are delivered on time and fit for purpose.
- Lead post-campaign reviews, sharing results and turning learnings into future improvements.
- Use reporting and performance insights to help shape even stronger campaigns going forward.
