Permanent, Part Time 30 hours per week, across 7 days, within the department opening hours of 8am to 6pm (8pm business dependant). We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Consultant to develop a luxury retail career with an award-winning family-owned jeweller at our Customer Service department at our Beaverbrooks Head Office in Lytham St.

In this role, you'll passionately sell diamonds, jewellery and branded watches to our customers over the phone, webchat and email as well as price promises. When listening to customers, you'll understand their needs and how much they'd like to spend on something special, so you can help them find the perfect item.

We let you know how well you're doing so you can grow your skills and help grow the business and so that we can reward you properly when you achieve targets and other key performance indicators.

  • Good rapport building skills and the ability to be adaptable.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and engagement activities.
  • Embrace feedback and use it constructively to improve performance and strengthen team relationships.
  • Good typing speed and the ability to respond to customers effectively.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Previous experience of working to financial targets or KPIs.
