Role Responsibilities
This role involves encouraging love and appreciation for our products, understanding what makes each piece special, and effectively displaying them to attract customers. It requires listening to customers to understand their needs and budgets, helping them find the perfect item—be it a gift or a personal treat—especially for engagements, weddings, birthdays, or holidays. There’s much to learn about our products, our team, and the Beaverbrooks Way. Accountability and hard work are essential, but rewarding efforts and growth opportunities are available. Sales targets are based on previous achievements, with regular feedback and recognition.
The Ideal Candidate
You have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences with a genuine, down-to-earth approach. You value listening to customers, honesty, and turning everyday moments into extraordinary ones. Experience in merchandising is a plus, but training is provided. A keen eye for detail and a good instinct are important. You understand that effort leads to success and are motivated to achieve your goals. This role suits current Sales Assistants, Retail Assistants, or Retail Sales Associates.
