Contract: Temporary until the end of November 2026

Working Hours: 35 hours per week - 9:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Beaverbrooks Recruitment team at our office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. As the Beaverbrooks Recruitment Administrator, you'll be part of our Careers team, supporting hiring managers across our stores and office departments to attract and retain the very best people for our business. As an ambassador for Beaverbrooks, you'll create a great first impression by welcoming all new colleagues on board.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new starter files
  • Carrying out reference checks (via our ATS, email or phone)
  • Arrange induction bookings for new starters, including confirming attendance, organising accommodation, and sending invites
  • Printing and sending materials for inductions
  • Putting together and sending of job offer letters and new starter contracts via our ATS
  • Maintaining recruitment and training records
