We are looking for a highly organised, passionate and results-driven individual to join our CRM Team as a Senior CRM Coordinator. In this key role, you will take ownership of driving our CRM strategies forward, playing an important part in how we connect with our customers. You will help enhance customer engagement, acquisition, retention and lifetime value through thoughtful, data-driven campaigns across email, direct mail and SMS, creating meaningful connections at every stage of the customer journey.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage, plan and deliver CRM Campaigns across all channels (email, direct mail and SMS) including BAU & life cycle automated journeys and wider CRM initiatives.
- Coordinate proposals, campaign timelines, creative briefs, approvals and deployment schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
- Ensure campaigns are relevant by identifying audience segmentations to optimise engagement.
- Stay up to date with latest industry trends and technologies to keep campaigns current and effective.
- Drive database growth across online and offline channels and execute strategies to retain customers and minimise churn.
- Ensure all CRM communications adhere to channel-specific best practices including email deliverability, SMS regulations and direct mail compliance.
- Collaborate with wider teams to ensure alignment on CRM and wider business strategies.
- Oversee and manage budgets, track spend, identify cost efficiencies and deliver strong ROI within allocated budgets.

The Ideal Candidate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- A passion for CRM with hands-on experience within a similar department
- Experience successfully planning, deploying and optimising CRM campaigns and programmes across email, direct mail and SMS
- Strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and question data to translate into meaningful insights, learnings and recommendations
- Confident using Microsoft Excel to manipulate raw data, build reports and interpret data
- Uses own initiative and makes decisions independently
- Able to prioritise own workload and delegate
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- A keen collaborator with excellent communication skills, who can inspire others
- Adaptable, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple projects
- Experience using ESP Bloomreach or similar
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics package.
