In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our repair process. You’ll be responsible for Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries for the Repairs Department.**Main Responsibilities*** Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries for the Repairs Department.* Monitoring of all systems and delivery status to ensure KPI’s are met.* Distributing mail and correspondence to the correct department / individuals.* Liaising with office departments, stores and manufacturers via phone and email* Security checks- to include checking of waste disposal.* Adhoc Office admin including checking of invoices and signing off.**About Beaverbrooks**Established in 1919, we have 80 locations across the UK.
