Replenishment Assistant – Part TimeLytham St Annes£12.71 per hour22 hours per week,3 daysbetween Sunday – FridayTemporary until 2nd January 2027Additional hours will be required during our busiest periods, particularly in the run-up to Christmas, including some weekend working.Join us for Christmas!Our Replenishment team is gearing up for our busiest time of year, and we’re looking for a Replenishment Assistant to join us for the Christmas peak.You’ll help keep our branches stocked by picking and packing products accurately and efficiently, ready for dispatch. It’s a busy, hands-on role where you’ll be on your feet for much of the day, so a positive attitude, great attention to detail and a focus on providing an efficient and accurate service are essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking products using handheld terminals
- Packing orders ready for dispatch
- Handling and lifting boxes
- Following packing guidelines
- Carrying out some basic computer work
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll be organised, reliable and enthusiastic, with the ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
- You’ll enjoy being part of a team but also be confident working independently.
- Warehouse experience is great, but it’s not essential – we’ll provide all the training you need.
- If you’ve worked in a fast-paced, target-driven environment before, your skills could be a great fit.
- A little flexibility
All shifts start at 8:30am and usually finish around 2pm, although Monday shifts may run until 5pm.
During our busiest weeks in November and December, you’ll need to be flexible to work an additional day each week and some weekends.
Weekend shifts start at 7:30am, with an early 5am start on 23rd and 24th December.
