We’re looking for a detail-focused E-Commerce Trading Assistant to join our Digital and Brand Experience Trade Team and support the day-to-day running of our online product and trading activity. You’ll work within a knowledgeable and supportive team, helping to deliver a high-quality online customer experience across our website. This role is ideal for someone with eCommerce experience or a strong interest in digital retail, who enjoys working with product content, supporting launches and promotions, and ensuring everything on site is accurate, engaging, and on-brand.

While we offer flexible home working, regular in-office time is expected to support collaboration. Details can be discussed during the interview.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the setup, publishing, and maintenance of product information and media across the website
  • Writing, proofreading, and refining product copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Coordinating and supporting new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Maintaining category pages, product rankings, navigation, and recommendations to support a smooth customer journey
  • Using sales and analytics reports to support website merchandising decisions
  • Carrying out regular site and competitor reviews to ensure high standards of presentation and performance
  • Working closely with internal teams and brand partners to resolve content and product-related queries
  • Providing general operational support to the Trade Team, including ad-hoc site and trading tasks
