We are excited to announce a newly created opportunity to join our Beaverbrooks eCommerce team as a Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead (CRO). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for data, digital user experience, and a drive to thrive in the fast-paced world of eCommerce. As our CRO Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Online Trade and the wider eCommerce/CRO team to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our CRO initiatives, analysing test results and research data to uncover new opportunities for testing. You will work across both of our websites to help create an industry-leading user experience, continuously identifying and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement an ever-evolving CRO workstream to deliver an increased conversion across the site.
- Conduct analysis into user behaviour and communicate insights to the wider business.
- Use analysis such as user recordings, heatmaps and funnel visualisation to identify behaviour trends and test new ideas to our Design team.
- Use CRO metrics alongside business knowledge to prioritise insights in the testing schedule.
- Co-ordinate a test and learn cycle, constructing a robust design and implementation plan using our internal software.
- Collaborate with the Product team on more complex tests that require development.
- Engage in ongoing competitor analysis and market research to put our CRO channel in a market leading position.
- Work with the CRO team to report back on the successes, or failures, of our testing whilst monitoring cumulative ROI.
- Produce quarterly reports on ROI for CRO channel.
