Are you a passionate sushi chef with a flair for creativity and a commitment to excellence? Beaverbrook Townhouse is seeking a talented Sushi Demi Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic culinary team. This is your chance to work in a prestigious and vibrant environment, where your skills and passion for Japanese cuisine can truly shine What you'll be doing: Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes with precision and artistry Assist the Head Chef in menu development and daily operations Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques Shift Pattern This role consists of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7. Your shift patterns will typically consist of: 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-23:00.
