We are seeking an exceptional Garden House Manager to lead the operation, inspire the team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who shares our commitment to exceptional service and has the leadership skills to drive both people and performance. This is a senior Head of Department role within the Food & Beverage team, supervising all team members and working closely with the wider Food & Beverage operation. What You'll Be Doing: Leading the daily Front of House operation across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations. Inspiring, developing and supporting a high-performing hospitality team. Managing labour costs, budgets, forecasting and departmental profitability. Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, service delivery and presentation. Working closely with the Head Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to enhance the guest journey and drive commercial success. Developing innovative promotions, events and seasonal offerings to attract new guests and encourage repeat visits. Who you are: Has a minimum of four years' experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or five-star hospitality environment in a management role. Possesses strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management. Is a natural leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing teams. Has excellent food and beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality. Demonstrates strong knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH and food hygiene regulations. Is polished, professional and guest-focused, with outstanding communication skills.
