Due to the increased demand of our growing Estate, we are now recruiting additional Reservations Agents for Beaverbrook and Beaverbrook Town House. The Role
Based at the Estate, as a Reservations Agent you will provide a luxury service and create memorable experiences for guests visiting us at both of our charming and unique hotels. Introducing guests to the brand, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring excellence from the very start of their Beaverbrook journey. You will be responsible for all bedroom, spa and dining reservations via telephone and email enquiries.
As a Reservations Agent your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Maximising room revenue through selling and upselling our rooms, dining experiences and packages.
- Creating personalised experiences for our guests.
- Utilising your customer service skills to exceed guest expectations.
You will have the chance to learn the product in detail, including bedroom tours, restaurant tastings and spa induction, to ensure you are best equipped to sell guests a unique and bespoke experience.
The Person
In this role you will build relationships with all departments across the Estate, as well as communicating with guests on a professional level, so excellent communication at all levels is required. You will have a great telephone manner, a genuine sense of interest, impeccable attention to detail, and a good level of IT skills in order to work with our booking systems. Ideally, our Reservations Agent will have prior hotel bookings experience; however, we are happy to consider travel, holiday or corporate bookings experience.
Salary: £27,352 per annum plus commission up to £10,000 and tronc
Shift Pattern
The Reservations team will work 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) and on shifts to ensure all telephone calls are efficiently answered. The shifts are 07:00-15:30 and 13:30-22:00.
