Due to continued growth across Events at Beaverbrook, we are looking for a passionate and driven Events Executive to join our dynamic team. As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in introducing guests to the Beaverbrook experience, creating exceptional first impressions and delivering a seamless journey from initial enquiry through to event confirmation.
Working closely with the Event Sales Manager, you will help bring private celebrations, corporate retreats and unforgettable experiences to life.
The Role
As Events Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the successful conversion and coordination of event enquiries while delivering outstanding service at every stage of the client journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering a personalised, luxury guest experience.
- Preparing proposals, contracts and event documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conducting personalised client site inspections of the hotel and event spaces, showcasing the Beaverbrook experience and tailoring visits to individual client requirements.
- Working collaboratively with the wider operational teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the estate, experiences and event offerings.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, guest-focused and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will be a confident communicator with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within Events or Sales in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A positive, proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Previous experience using Opera Cloud or a similar PMS system would be advantageous.
Shift Pattern
This position consists of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7. The typical working pattern will consist of: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.
Salary: 27,000 per annum plus tronc
