As a Commis Chef you will be given the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen, serving stylish modern food in a luxury, yet relaxed environment. Using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce. As a Commis Chef, reporting to the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the production of delectable dishes. Sushi experience is advantageous.
You will take pride in your area and working for Beaverbrook, with outstanding attention to detail. Your previous experience will encompass working in a 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef. Your qualifications will include Food Safety certificate, City & Guilds or equivalent Memberships of Chefs' Association.
This position will consist of 40 hours per week, working any 4/5 days out of 7. The hours for this position will typically consist of: 09:00-23:00 or 15:00-23:00.
Salary: 31,000 per annum, plus tronc.
