This is no ordinary bar. Sir Frank's is the beating heart of Beaverbrook, a place where guests gather for every occasion, from celebratory cocktails to quiet evening nightcaps, and everything in between.
We are searching for a Bar Manager with genuine ambition, someone who sees Sir Frank's not simply as a bar within a hotel, but as a destination in its own right. Our goal is to take this bar to the next level, and we need the right person to lead that journey. The ideal candidate is a natural host with real presence behind the bar, equally comfortable inspiring a team as they are creating a guest's favourite drink. You will bring creativity, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for exceptional hospitality.
Working closely with our marketing teams, you will help shape the story of Sir Frank's, driving awareness, footfall, and a reputation that extends well beyond the estate. Behind the scenes, you will be across the detail: stock control, P&L, LQA standards, and the immaculate standards that Beaverbrook is known for. - Proven bar management experience within a luxury or high-end environment, ideally within a hotel setting

Salary: Competitive
Shift Pattern: The suitable candidate must be available to work 45 hours per week any 5 days out of 7. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
