Located at The Deli, you will be creating everything, from super-food salads and cold pressed juices to sweet treats and a delicious variety of flatbreads baked in our traditional stone pizza oven. The menu at The Coach House Deli changes daily but always features fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which are picked that very morning from our kitchen gardens.

As part of our Culinary Department, you will be joining as our Senior Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant. You will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, often sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
  • Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field

Shift Pattern:

This position will consist of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible in working evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Salary: 30,000 per annum plus tronc
