Based at the Estate, as a Reservations Agent you will provide a luxury service and create memorable experiences for guests visiting us at both of our charming and unique properties. Introducing guests to the brand, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring excellence from the very start of their Beaverbrook journey. You will be responsible for all bedroom, spa and dining reservations via telephone and email enquiries. The Role Maximising room revenue through selling and upselling our bedrooms, dining experiences and packages. Being knowledgeable of all services that we offer to create personalised experiences for our guests. Communicate reservation information with relevant departments, including Hotel Reception and Housekeeping. Utilising your customer service skills to exceed guest expectations. Who you are: Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Impeccable attention to detail and computer literate. Able to work independently and with a team. The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across our two properties, as well as, our guests. Previous hotel booking experience is ideal but not required. Salary: Up to £25,000 per Annum plus commission and service charge Shift Pattern The Reservations team will work 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) and on shifts to ensure all telephone calls are efficiently answered. The shifts typically consist of 07:00-15:30, 09:00 – 17:30, 11:30-20:00 or 13:30-22:00.
