As the face of Beaverbrook, you will ensure that all Guests and Members are greeted warmly, professionally, and personally. This hands-on role requires a confident host with natural charm and a keen eye for detail, responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations and driving consistency in service. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and Room Division Manager to deliver 5-star service standards, ensuring all areas are perfectly set and each team member has clear tasks.

Your focus will be on building rapport with guests, identifying preferences, and consistently improving service. You will also collaborate with departments like Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to enhance the overall guest experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing a busy front-of-house operation, leading a large team during peak times.
  • Ensuring all public areas are immaculately set to the highest standards.
  • Greeting every guest/member by name, offering a warm, personalised experience.
  • Building relationships with Members, VIPs, and returning guests, anticipating their needs.
  • Collaborating with departments to ensure seamless service and experience.

Who you are:

  • Immaculately presented with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing busy luxury hotel operations, leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Charismatic with a commanding presence on the floor.
  • Luxury hotel experience (preferably in a landmark London property).
  • Experience with Forbes or LQA standards is desirable.

Hours: This position will consist of 40 hours per week

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, plus tronc
