Beaverbrook Town House is Beaverbrook's outpost in London. With 14 luxury suites all styled and named after celebrated and much-loved London theatres, a 45-cover contemporary Tapasu restaurant, 40-cover bar, meeting room and outside courtyard area. We continue the Beaverbrook ethos of welcoming guests into 'our home', escaping into a place of familiarity, fun and fabulous food. If we don't know you by name, we make sure it's the last time; if we don't know your favourite drink, we find out and we remember.
As our Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operations within the hotel out of hours. Delivering the 'Beaverbrook Experience' by creating a home away from home for our guests, with absolute dedication to their every need.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a first point of contact for the hotel, handling all requests or disturbances.
- Provide a limited food and drink service to residents, after restaurant hours.
- Complete administrative duties including the end of day reports and night audit.
- Take every opportunity to get to know and understand our guests and members, keeping their profiles up to date on Opera.
Who you are:

- Proven experience working nights within a luxury hotel.
- Immaculately well groomed and presented.
- Inspiring, with razor sharp attention to detail.
- Experience with Opera Cloud and Symphony desirable.
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum plus tronc
Shift Pattern: The working days for this position will consist of 5 days on one week, with 2 days on the following week. The ideal candidate will be flexible in working weekends and bank holidays where required. The shift times for this position will consist of 20:00-08:00.
