Beaverbrook Townhouse is seeking a talented Sushi Demi Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic culinary team. What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes with precision and artistry
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development and daily operations
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques

Shift Pattern

This role consists of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7. Your shift patterns will typically consist of: 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-23:00.

Salary: 35,000 per annum plus tronc

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
  • Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning dishes
  • A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field
