Seasonal Pool Manager (May - October) We have an exciting temporary role available at Beaverbrook, as Pool Manager. If you have experience leading a team, creating unforgettable moments for guests, and going above and beyond to raise standards, then this could be the role for you!
Whats the role about?
- Managing the outdoor facilities, from our Lido Bar, Sun Loungers to our Swimming Pool.
- You will ensure that the team are trained to deliver and drive personalised and anticipatory service.
- Managing the seamless delivery of outstanding poolside service with creative cocktails, small dishes and other requests to enhance their experience.
- Ensuring our members and guests receive the very best experience, that they can't wait to return.
Who you are
- An individual who thrives to deliver incredible guest experience.
- Proven experience of working within 5* luxury hospitality.
- Experience of leading, training and motivating a team.
- Has an eye for detail, efficient and anticipates our guests' requirements.
- Pro-active team player who is willing to roll up sleeves to support the team.
Shift Pattern
This position will consist of 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days. The contract type of this role is fixed term for 5 months.
