Beaverbrook is seeking a Commis Chef to work across all kitchen sections, delivering stylish, modern food in a luxury, yet relaxed environment.

You will produce delectable dishes under the Sous Chef, with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and local suppliers.

Sushi experience is advantageous and a Food Safety certificate is preferred.

40 hours per week, 4/5 days, shifts 09:00-23:00 or 15:00-23:00, with a competitive salary and benefits package including 28 days leave, pension and life insurance.
