Junior Sous Chef - Leatherhead As part of our Culinary Department, you'll be joining as our Junior Sous Chef, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment.

Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.

You will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, often sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers.

Who you are: Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline Attention to detail, efficient and responsible Ability to work as part of a team and individually A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field This position will be working any 5 out of 7 days a week.

We are happy to discuss any working opportunities whether you are looking for a full time or a part time role.

Your hours will consist of: 09:00-16:00 or 16:00-22:00.
