The Role

  • Taking and processing food and drink orders.
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
  • Using your product knowledge to provide ultimate guest service.
  • Report all guest feedback to the manager on duty in a timely manner.
  • Being hands-on and present during service, at all times.
  • Training will be provided to ensure you meet our guest expectations.

The Person

  • You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A reliable and naturally positive individual, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Will have the ability to work well under pressure and adapt pace, as required.
  • Passionate about Food and Beverage, as well as, providing memorable guest experiences.
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Shift Pattern

The ideal candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week any 5 days out of 7. The hours for this position typically consist of: 06:30-15:00, 07:00-16:00 or 15:00-01:00, we are looking for candidates who would be available to work any of these shift times. Casual opportunity available.
