We are looking for Casual Linen Porters who are enthusiastic, motivated and ideally who will have worked in a similar role within the hotel industry. You will be supporting the housekeeping team by ensuring linen is transported to the correct location whilst maintaining stock levels and keeping guest and employee areas clean and tidy. You will also assist other departments with ad-hoc deliveries.
The successful candidate will have excellent manual handling skills and be flexible with fulfilling managers' requests.
The Person:
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping.
- Ability to work to deadlines, comfortable in prioritising and multi-tasking.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable.
- It is essential that the successful candidate holds a UK driving license.
Salary: £12.21 per hour, plus tronc
Shift Pattern: This will be a zero hour contract, the hours will vary depending on business demands. The housekeeping team operates 7 days a week, you will be required to work during the busiest periods.
