As part of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the highest quality, personalised communication and services for all our guests. You will assist in driving the restaurant forward by motivating and training the team and maintaining a positive working environment. In this position, you will gain experience within all of our restaurants across the estate, including: The Japanese Grill, The Deli, Mrs Beetons, The Garden House and The Club House. You will lead our seasonal teams during busy periods including our summer Balloons Dining Experience and Winter Ice Rink.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar organisation.
  • Food Safety and Allergen certificate is desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest satisfaction and staff well-being.
  • Adaptable, willing to learn and excited to work with the F&B teams across our estate.
  • Immaculately presented.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist the Assistant Manager in overseeing the management of the restaurant.
  • Efficiently deal with guest requests, requirements and any complaints.
  • End-of-shift duties including cleaning, completing closing procedures and checklists, handovers and reports.
  • Take responsibility for the running of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Organising and supervising the correct set up of the restaurant.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.

Shift Pattern:

This position will consist of 40 hours per week. The suitable candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and Bank Holidays. The hours for this position will typically consist of: 06:45-17:00, 09:00-15:00 and 12:00-00:00.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus tronc.
