The House, charmingly reflects the guests and characters who floated amongst the rooms throughout the 1900s. The Dining Room, our Japanese Grill restaurant, offers a casually elegant dining experience, featuring a modern approach to Japanese cuisine.
As part of our Culinary Department, you will be joining as our Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast-paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant. You will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, often sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines
- Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field
Salary: £27,110 per annum plus variable service charge
Shift Pattern: This position will consist of 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days per week. We are happy to discuss any working opportunities whether you are looking for a full-time or a part-time role. Your hours will consist of: 09:00-16:00 or 16:00-22:00.
