We are looking for a warm, confident, and energetic Assistant Club House Manager to help keep things running smoothly, from daily service to unforgettable events. If you love creating a welcoming atmosphere, within our members' home away from home, this could be the perfect role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping support and lead the Restaurant operational team.
- Creating an environment that promotes good employee morale and encourages the team to have a high level of commitment.
- Overseeing the financial performance of the restaurant and lounge areas.
- Working with the Club House Manager on all Club House events.
- Positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities.
Who you are:
- Proven experience working in a 5* luxury environment or members club.
- Experience dealing with high profile and VIP guests.
- Smart and presentable.
- Great attention to detail.
- Confident in making decisions and the ability to deal with matters of a confidential nature.
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum plus tronc and discretionary annual bonus
Shift Pattern: Candidates will be able to commit to a full-time permanent position, with the flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends. The hours for this position will typically consist of: 07:00-16:00 and 09:00-19:00.
