Do you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in all you do? We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a small Housekeeping team, ensuring our luxurious 14 guest rooms are maintained to the highest of standards.
Role
- Supervising and motivating the Housekeeping team, ensuring all standards are consistently met.
- Re-stocking guest amenities, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
- Reporting maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Ensuring all chemicals are stored correctly and team members are trained, in line with COSHH requirements.
- Assisting with the organisation of inventories for linen, uniform and lost property.
The Person
- Customer service focused, taking every opportunity to delight our guests.
- Experienced in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a luxury environment and in a supervisory role.
- Self-motivated and confident in leading a small team, with a hands-on, can-do approach.
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
- Immaculately well groomed and presented, setting the highest of standards for your team.

Shift Pattern
40 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7. Typical hours: 07:00-15:30, 09:00-17:30 and 12:00-20:30, with some variation depending on business needs.
